We have a total of 50 units, 5 suites with whirlpool tubs, 4 efficiencies and 41 rooms. Our pool is centrally located and available for both the cottage and motel quests. The PONY ISLAND MOTEL is located on HWY 12 at the edge of picturesque Ocracoke Village. It is within walking distance of Silver Lake Harbor and Ocracoke Island’s fabulous beaches.
The OFFICE SIDE wing of the motel is nestled on the edge of the spacious grounds with picnic tables and charcoal grills under the cedars. It has 4 efficiencies and 23 ground floor rooms. All the rooms are non-smoking, air-conditioned and have cable TV, hair dryers, telephones and small refrigerators.

The POOL SIDE wing, has 23 rooms that overlook the swimming pool with suites on the top floor. All the light and airy rooms are non-smoking, air-conditioned and have cable TV, telephones, hair dryers, kitchenette center with a small refrigerator, wet bar sink, microwave, and coffeemaker. The 3rd floor suites have kitchens (no oven), whirlpool tubs, and private balconies.
