Cottages:
All 4 cottages have central AC/heat, washer/dryer, telephone, pool access at motel, outside grill, cable-color TV, microwave, outside shower, linens and docking available.
No paper products or garbage bags are furnished. 30 days notice required for full deposit refund.
Cottages rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Spring (3/3 thru 5/18): $650 per week, $300 deposit
Summer (5/19 thru 8/31): $950 per week, $350 deposit
Fall (9/1 thru 11/24): $750 per week $300 deposit
